Our story

The problem was never the knowledge.

RapidComply started with a conversation about SWMS. One of our founders had worked in construction and seen firsthand how much time contractors and business owners spent turning what they knew into formal documentation. It was slow, frustrating and often left until after work, when the job was finished but the paperwork wasn’t. They knew the work. They understood the hazards, risks and controls. They simply hadn’t become tradies to spend their evenings typing documents. The conversation began as a discussion about consulting. It ended with a decision: rather than work around the problem, build a way to solve it. That idea became RapidComply.

Our story

The problem was never the knowledge.

The people doing the work already understand the job, the hazards and the controls. The friction comes from turning that knowledge into formal documentation.

RapidComply grew from firsthand experience across construction, field operations and enterprise workforce and safety systems. We have seen how necessary safety processes can also become time-consuming administration.

We built RapidComply to make documentation faster and easier, without removing the responsibility behind it.

They knew the work. They understood the hazards, risks and controls. They simply hadn’t learnt a trade to spend their evenings typing documents.

The conversation began as a discussion about the frustrations of compliance documentation. It ended with a decision: rather than work around the problem, build a way to solve it.

That idea became RapidComply.

The goal is not to remove the process. It is to make it easier to do properly, while the work is still fresh.
